I often find myself uttering the simple statement..."give me strength"
Not muscles or mental...but the inner version....heart, integrity, compassion, patience, morality
Man, what a powerful dose of 'medicine' it is to find the 'tool' at the right time

I'm glad He's here. I need Him. And I'm glad I've been talking to Him everyday for years now, and that the strength that He provides now has been being cultivated for some time.
