Clingmans Dome continued

The winding journey led to Clingmans Dome Road which veered sharply through forest to a parking lot where there begins a steep 1/2 mile trail ending at a spiral ramp which leads to a lookout tower at the top of the 6,643 foot dome.
I made it!

"There is a kind of thick, luxurious green moss that grows in the shady places up in the hills. My sisters and I played house with it. We'd use it to cover stumps and pretend they were upholstered chairs and sofas or we'd lay it on the ground for carpet." Dolly Parton

"Sometimes our hearts get tangled, and our souls a little off-kilter.
Friends and family can set us right, and help guide us back to the light."
Sera Christann

Let's each one of us try to remember to always be sensitive to the truth in Sera's thoughts; and try to always be discerning to our loved ones needs...even though not expressed in words.
And then be willing to "be there", even though that sometimes takes some real humbling on our part. Blessed

Love to all....see you Monday, Good Lord willing.
