Keep it simple.
Sounds like Cape, and surrounding area, got a BUNCH of rain. Poor Peidmont. I heard people have been evacuated and the animal shelter had a tough/sad time. (makes me get a tear).
As far as my house, I am glad as the yard and garden needed lots of moisture. With all the snow and rain, maybe everything will get a better start then it did last year.
