WHAT DO YOU THINK?

Posted by Picasa One morning I snapped a shot of this man leaving the bakery carrying this single loaf of bread. He was going south.

As I circled the block to start home, I saw him again. This time headed north. (minus bread....saved bag)

If you were writing a narrative for this scenario, what would it be?

TFT: You first : )

Well, sometimes it's not a truck.

It's still warm!

A proud baker.

Tomorrow: A question.

TFT: "Jesus said, ' I am the bread of life: he that cometh to me shall never hunger;
and he that believeth on me shall never thirst' ". Posted by Picasa

WHAT WOULD YOU LIKE TO DRINK?

There's a nice juice drink coming in

and dropping some off at local restaurants.

Or maybe you'd like a nice icy cold Coca-Cola.

You do remember how hot it was last summer!

But with the number of these that roll in here each day, it might just be that this is the beverage of choice here on The Hill.

Have a great weekend and hope to see you Monday.

If they're not open yet...

just leave it at the front door,

or on the sidewalk.

Tomorrow: We're not quite finisihed with the deliveries!

TFT: "A man came to me and said he wanted to give up something in his life -- his house, his car.
I suggested: When you go to the store to buy a new suit or some new clothes, instead of buying the best, buy one that is a little less expensive and use that money to buy something for someone else, or better still, for the poor When I finished saying this, he looked really amazed and exclaimed: 'Oh, is that the way, Mother? I never thought of it.'
When he left, he looked so happy and full of joy at the thought of helping others."

SLIGHT DELAY

Not feeling well today...I think a touch of the flu.
Am "doctoring" and getting plenty of bed rest.
Hope to be back tomorrow.

Got to get those trucks unloaded!

TFT: Jennie came by unexpectantly yesterday to bring me some homemade apple bread. When she found out I was ill, went home and called her pharmiscist to see if their was anything she could get (over the counter) for my condition. He said bedrest, lots of fluids and medicines to relieve symtoms (I have on hand) Jennie wants to make me chicken soup when I feel like eating.

Aren't friends wonderful. More precious than silver or gold.

Hope to see you tomorrow.
