BOUQUETS SANS FLOWERS
The marvelous bounty of the season lends itself to enjoying it's beauty as well as it's taste. Steamed it and added a bit of EVOO with just a sprinkling of salt and pepper....divine!

No worries, she wasn't making fun - it's joke that others may have missed out on because I'd never heard of EVOO before... and now it's popping up everywhere.
That's Scott's [my boyfriend's] mom. She started reading this blog b/c I linked to it in mine.

Yummy! Invite me over for some of those fresh veggies from Jerry's garden anytime! I'll have mine with EVOO and maybe a little GPC (that's grated parmesan cheese)on top.
While we're eating we can watch a DVD or something on HDTV!!!! : D
