IN SYNC

"Nothing can give you quite the same thrill as the feeling that you are in harmony with the great God of the universe who created all things."

I've been doing a lot of hiking lately, mostly by myself, and it is so rewarding to appreciate the little things. A lizard running across the trail, or that copperhead I saw a couple of weekends ago. The bluebirds (and others) when hiking through a prarie along Chubb trail, or a slow moving turtle.... I always get a smile, even when huffing and puffing, and say a little thank you. Thanks for the blessing of sight (and all other blessings) and thanks for giving me a smile!

I've synced my Palm and I've synced my computer. Sounds techy but really that seems easier than staying "in sync" with the universe!!!
When I take time for gratitude I do feel like I've "synced" myself and am in harmony. If I could just get a tap on the shoulder each day to remind me to say outloud that I'm grateful...I'd be "super synced"!!
